Had many issues at this hotel.
1. Checkin
We paid for sea view room and at checkin time were downgraded but the staff insusted pool room is more superior. Not sure how when the pool room is 40% smaller and cheaper. I had ro argue witb reception to get the room we paid for at 4am in the morning. There was also no night manager so there was no way to raise or escalate problems. Terrible experience
2. Checkout
We did not checkin till 5am into the room and so did not make it to breakfast . In other words we paid for a whole nights stay but did not use thier facilities. On cbeckout we requested 6 hour chekout late as flights were late night. We were informed this is not possible unless we pay. Then miracles would be possible. Terrible service
3. Pools
We three times checked if indoor pool will be heated. It was requirement of the booking. But everyday the indoor pool was freezing cold and ojr son did not use the pool services. We raised this several times but nothing was done over our whole stay. Terrible service again.
4. Diet
We follow strict vegan diet. There is tonnes of meat options and yes if you asked chef personally he was kind enough to make one dish for you. But one shoud not have to keep askikg every night this is not 5 star service. It makes you feel uncomfortable
5. Overall
The whole experience was below par and i would certainly not recommend this hotel or group to anyone. Service is well below par and raising issue with senior management team does not help
