We had a very pleasant start at this hotel. The staff and owners are very warm and friendly, and did their best to make is comfortable. Our room was well equipped with bedding and kitchen utensils, and AC and heating worked perfectly. The gas stovetop ran out gas often, but the microwave saved the day nicely. They offer laundry service. They do everything with a smile...makes you want to stay longer!

Lovely apartment, in a quiet area, but close to Çaliş beach and cafes/ restaurants. 5 minute walk to supermarket. The apartment is set up very well, with a large clean bathroom and shower with plenty of hot water. Microwave, kettle, gas hob and toaster. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. We only had breakfast one day, but it was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold dishes. The only suggestion I would make, would be to have 3 larger mugs/ cups in the cupboard, as there were only 2 small coffee cups. This did not bother us, as we carry travel mugs with us, but just to help future bookings. We all loved our stay here, and would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice home from home feel at this apartment! The staff are all caring and go the extra mile, even settling our taxi bill on arrival as we didn’t have lira to pay it at the time. Rooms could do with some updating in parts, but the communal guest areas and pool are enjoyable and are well maintained. The planting around the poolside makes for a very pretty start to the day, and every staff member was wonderful. Thank you!

Well kitted out clean comfortable apt, plenty hot water at both the kitchen and bathroom, nice pool, all staff friendly and helpful. Only minor thing was no UK news channels on TV. Location close to restaraunts, beach, supermarket and local bus. Would stay stay there again.

Perfect for the budget.

This is the perfect place and location for a short visit. We have a car so it was easy to find. There are coffee shops and restaurants in the area with in 10 walk distance. The check in was seamless. The rooms spacious ( with kitchenette) and the ac word really well. Everything is clean.

Ten apart is a beautiful hidden gem. Extremely clean, friendly family run apartments. Close to shops less than 10 mins walk away from calis beach. Supermarkets 4 mins walk. Will definitely be returning.

Quiet area to relax at pool

Set in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to good restaurants, bakery, cafes and shops. About 10 mins walk to beach. Apartment had every thing you needed. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool area to relax and swim. Great value and we would return. (Bakery at the bottom of street is great for breakfasts)

They don't have 24 hrs reception which is very not convenient for the travelers. No napkins, no elevator, no shampoo, no proper soap no coffee or tea to make as they have a small kitchen. The good part is very nice location and nice swimming pool.

Pretty small Hotel with friendly and helpful staff

Ten is a very nice small apart hotel with friendly helpful staff. I had a pool view balcony room and when I was there it was nice and quiet and the pool was often empty- in fact most of the time. My apartment was basic but very clean but had all equipment needed to cook meals. On the plus side for me they had bikes for hire. I cycled along the coast beyond Calis beach to a place called Akmaz beach a pebble beach set on the edge of a pine forest which I preferred to Calis beach -,it was mainly Turkish families. Ten is also close to the Dolmus stop to go to Fethiye and 5 mins from beach and boat taxi to Fethiye though I think the bus is quicker and cheaper. For me it was preferable to the bustle of staying at a hotel at the beach.
