Stone-clad villa, furnished in Provencal style, on two levels and approximately 150m2, recently renovated, surrounded by an olive grove. Located in a strategic position, it allows you to easily reach the center of Rome both by car and by train. The property has a large parking lot and outdoor spaces where you can relax. The house is located within the family farm and has independent access. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The location is strategic as it allows you to easily reach both the center of Rome and other nearby tourist locations, via the A1 motorway (we are 2km from the Roma Nord/Fiano Romano toll booth). We are also a 5-minute drive from the train station on the Orte/Fiumicino Aeroporto line and approximately 500m from the Cotral extra-urban bus stop. In our house you will find a Provencal style decor, with furniture patiently restored by the women of the house. The spaces are divided as follows:
Three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, located on the first floor, all with independent air conditioning and TV. Possibility of adding an extra bed for a child (camping type) and a cot for newborns.
Three bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor adjacent to the bedrooms. All are equipped with shower, bidet and hairdryer. You will also find a washing machine and iron to wash and iron your linen.
A large living room, furnished with two sofas, a table that can be extended up to 12 seats, a fireplace, a TV and air conditioning.
Kitchen equipped with electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, refrigerator and hob.
Two porches. The front one is furnished with a small sitting area, ideal for a coffee or an aperitif. The back one is equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dinners and lunches.
Private parking adjacent to the house. All the internal spaces of the house are freely accessible, only the cellar below is not accessible to guests. The spaces adjacent to the house are accessible, including the garden (under renovation).
We are always ready to welcome our guests but we offer the possibility of self-checkin to allow guests to arrive independently at any time of the day.
