Super skønt og dejligt hotel

Nok det bedste hotel vi har boet på. Gode senge og god plads til en familie på 5. Personalet er imødekommende og servicemindet og der er flere aktiviteter for børn og voksne. Derudover en super lækker morgenmad.

Hotel med potentiale

Hotellet har stort potentiale, og ligger super i forhold til ski området. Dog har de en del begyndervanskeligheder. Beskrivelsen af værelset var ikke i orden. Vi havde bestilt bjergudsigt, det fik vi også, men foran var parkeringspladsen. Vi havde bla. valgt hotellet da de havde el ladestandere. Da vi ankom kunne de ikke sige om de virkede. Efter flere forsøg og forespørgelser viser det sig, at de 4 standere ikke virkede. Der var kun få andre muligheder i byen. Personalet i receptionen var ikke klar til at servicere så mange gæster, de var uklare i deres beskeder og gav ikke altid tilbagemeldinger. Parkeringsforhold var perfekte. Restauranten var god. Hvis man selv mener man er et "high-end" hotel, så skal personalet også agere derefter
