Check in und check out ist sehr unpersönlich. Mitarbeiter im gesamten Hotel sprechen leider kaum deutsch ..im deutschsprachigem Raum etwas schwierig Mitarbeiter sind nicht sehr Kundenorientiert es wird der Gast nicht sehr wertgeschätzt. Speisenangebot ist grund solide. Einige Restaurant Mitarbeiter stechen heraus. Zb Daniel. Sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Fitnessbereich müsste besser gepflegt werden. Suite : gute Größe , allerdings fehlt bei 3 Personen Stauraum für Kleidung. Bademantel für Teenager war nicht im Zimmer: Aussage für Kinder gibt es keine Bademäntel

Rezension: Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – enttäuschendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Wir hatten uns auf einen erholsamen Aufenthalt gefreut, wurden jedoch in vielen Punkten enttäuscht. Das Hotel mag auf den ersten Blick hochwertig wirken, kann diesem Eindruck in der Realität aber leider nicht gerecht werden. Lage & Umgebung: Die Umgebung des Hotels ist extrem ruhig – fast schon zu ruhig. Wer sich auf etwas Abwechslung, Restaurants oder Geschäfte in der Nähe freut, wird enttäuscht. Ohne Auto ist man hier praktisch isoliert. Abends gibt es keine Möglichkeiten, außerhalb des Hotels etwas zu unternehmen oder zu essen. Anlage & Architektur: Das Hotel ist sehr weitläufig und teilweise unnötig verwinkelt. Wege zu Zimmern oder zum Wellnessbereich können überraschend lang und steil sein – gerade für ältere Menschen oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht ideal. Der steile Aufbau ist nicht nur anstrengend, sondern auch schlecht ausgeschildert. Wellness & Schwimmbad: Ein großer Kritikpunkt ist der Wellnessbereich: Dieser ist viel zu klein für die Größe und Belegung des Hotels. Das Schwimmbad ist winzig, es gibt nur sehr wenige Liegen, sodass man kaum entspannen kann. Wer sich auf einen ausgedehnten Wellnessurlaub freut, wird enttäuscht. Service & Gastronomie: Leider war auch der Service nicht überzeugend. So war es beispielsweise nicht möglich, das Abendessen nur für einen einzelnen Abend hinzu zu buchen – man musste sich gleich für den gesamten Aufenthalt festlegen. Mit 39 € pro Perso

Masse statt Klasse

Das Positive vorweg, die Zimmer sind modern und großzügig, der Service an der Bar hebt sich positiv vom Rest ab. Zum weniger Erfreulichen, das Essen (in unserem Fall Halbpension) war durchweg schlecht, repräsentativstes Beispiel zur Veranschaulichung: der mit 2/3 Wasser verdünnte Orangensaft. Egal ob Buffet oder A la carte alles war lauwarm, nicht frisch und ungewürzt. - Die Auswahl davon war jedoch groß. Außerdem schade fanden wir, dass es keinerlei überdachten Außenbereich gibt. Schade ist außerdem, dass man aus jedem Zimmer in nahezu schauen kann und entsprechend natürlich auch umgekehrt alle herein schauen können. Motto des gesamten Aufenthalts in der Unterkunft: Masse ohne Klasse

Preis/Leistung stimmt hier leider überhaupt nicht. Die Einrichtung ist zwar schön und stylisch, aber Service und Freundlichkeit lassen zu wünschen übrig. Kilometerweite Wege, mehrere Aufzüge und Treppen, um zum Zimmer und zurück zu kommen. Nicht geeignet für Wellnessurlaub, Wellnessbereich ist viel zu klein vor allem für die Größe des riesigen Hotels. Mit spielenden Kindern hat es Hallenbadcharakter. Zwar gibt es einen Kapselmaschine auf dem Zimmer, aber keine Milchportionen oder nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser. Wir fühlten uns wie eine Nummer, von österreichischer Herzlichkeit und Gemütlichkeit ist nichts zu spüren. Wir waren eine Nacht dort und freuten uns auf das 4-Gänge-Menü. Leider gab es stattdessen ein mittelmäßiges Buffet und unsere Laune sank entsprechend. Insgesamt werten wir das Hotel als besseres Skihotel und nicht mehr. Viel zu teuer, für das was man bekommt. Kommen definitiv nicht nochmal.
