Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please strip beads and take all of your linens with you. Please take all personal items as well as toiletries.
Please turn off all lights and lock all doors. If in Winter please turn down furnace to 50F
Please clean afteryourself. This includes cleaning all dishes, vaccume carpets, clean counter tops, sweep porch. Please take all trash to the outside trash bin and wheel it to the curb.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please Bring your own linens. This means you will provide your own bead sheets, pillows, pillow sheets, and towls.
You will need to provide your own paper towel and toilet paper. Please make 100% sure that your toilet paper is SEPTIC SAFE!!!
Use of the Green and Red kayak is welcome. Paddels are in the Garage. Please return the boats next to the garage at the end of your stay.
