Refrain from wandering on neighbors property. Use property driveway only. Pets allowed with pre-approval and $200 per pet per stay. No smoking allowed
Cover the Traeger grill after use, all trash goes in trash bin outside near garage. If you smoke, please smoke outside and no smoking in house/garage.
If pre-approved for pet and pet fee paid: DO NOT let pets wander to neighbors property. Pets must be on leash at all times, no exceptions. Strict rule
