Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in the town of Figari, with an air-conditioned kitchen and mountain views, covering an area of 60 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and a garden of approximately 50 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with sofa and TV
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)

2 steps above:
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful garden and a 50 m² unenclosed terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Figari, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Several hiking trails
- The beaches of Figari and Chevano are about 15 minutes away by car
- The beaches of Santa Giulia and Palombaggia are about 35 minutes away by car
- Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio are about 25 minutes away by car

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

Casa Calma "Casetta in campagna a dieci minuti in macchina dal mare, dal paesino di pianottoli servito da market e qualche ristorante. Offre ampia cucina molto accessoriata (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, bollitore, tostapane, microonde), saloncino con wifi e accesso a netflix (con proprio indirizzo), 2 stanze da letto, bagno e un piccolo giardino anche se molto prossimo ai vicini. È il posto ideale per rilassarsi ed esplorare il sud della Corsica. si sente che la casa è vissuta veramente e ha tutto il necessario per stare bene, tutto molto nuovo e pulito. Forse da segnalare che l'aria condizionata arriva solo in una stanza da letto perché situata in cucina. Nella seconda non arriva e fa più caldo, ma noi eravamo solo in due quindi non l'abbiamo usata."
