The proximity to historic cities such as Aveiro and Coimbra is an advantage to be taken advantage of during a sunbathing break!

- The municipality of Figueira da Foz charges a tourist tax of €2 (April - September) or €1.50 (October to March) per person/per day (up to a maximum of 7 days), except for guests under 16 years old who are exempt from payment. It is not included in the reservation price.

- A SECURITY DEPOSIT of €200 will be requested before check-in. The deposit will be refunded 2/3 days after check-out if no damage occurs to the property.
