Caramel Cottage is a spacious three-bedroom holiday home for six, set beside the meadows on Woodspring Way at The Bay. Up to two dogs are welcome, with communal parking close to the cottage and an electric-vehicle charging point approximately 35 metres away.

Inside, the entrance hall leads to a downstairs WC and a well-equipped kitchen with an induction hob, tall fridge, separate freezer, coffee machine and plenty of space for preparing family meals. The adjoining dining area has patio doors opening outside.

Two internal steps lead into the separate lounge—an unusual and particularly valuable feature at The Bay. Here you can relax beside the log burner, enjoy the large Smart TV or open the bifold doors onto the rear patio and shared lawns.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king-size bed, television, storage and an en-suite with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, television and fitted wardrobes, while the third has twin beds and a television. The family bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower.

Outside are two patio seating areas, positioned to the side and rear of the cottage and opening onto attractive landscaped communal lawns. The outdoor areas are shared and not enclosed, so dogs and young children require supervision.

With generous living space, comfortable bedrooms and a cosy log burner, Caramel Cottage is an inviting base for beach holidays and relaxing breaks throughout the year.
