In our two-room apartment, a carefully renovated retreat designed to offer a comfortable and authentic stay just steps from one of the most charming villages in Liguria. Located on the first floor without a lift, in a building dating back to the 1600s, Villa Sacone, the apartment is right at the foot of the imposing Castle of San Giovanni, which elegantly dominates the entire old village.

You are in Finale Ligure, now renowned as the “Capital of Outdoor Sports.” All year round, countless enthusiasts — MTBike, Trekking, Climbing, etc. — flock to what is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy to practice these sports.

If you're one of these lovers of the outdoors, a small family, or a group of friends who enjoy nature and fresh air, this apartment is absolutely ideal.

Your apartment has been recently renovated with quality materials and attention to detail, preserving the original character of the house while adding modern comforts to make you feel at home... or maybe even better!

Once you reach the address with the help of our precise directions, you’ll already enjoy one of Liguria’s rare wonders — a private parking space just for you! In Liguria, space is limited, and knowing you’re arriving with a reserved parking spot is definitely a big plus.

From here, you can unload your luggage and collect the keys completely independently.

Now let’s move on to the second convenience, dedicated to bikers! Through a convenient passage from your parking space, leading to the inner courtyard, and by opening the building’s front door, you’ll find on your right a bike rack for your bicycles, so once the door is locked, they are safe.

Climbing the stairs to the 1st floor, you will finally arrive at your apartment.

Once inside, a small display showing the free WiFi access will make you feel immediately at home.

You’ll notice that some details were intentionally preserved during the renovation. The entrance ceiling, made of whitewashed wooden planks, is original and dates back several decades.

To your right, you will immediately find the double bedroom with its high sloped ceilings, lit by one of the two electric skylights. The very comfortable Queen Size bed is placed right in front of the large wardrobe that will accommodate your clothes.

The room is air-conditioned with a hot/cold split unit.

Bed linen, towels, pillows, duvets and bath towels are provided for each bed.

Exiting the bedroom, you will immediately find the bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic fixtures, a large mirror, hairdryer, and shower. Hot water throughout the house is managed by a modern electric water heater.

Now moving into the very bright living area, we hope you will be pleasantly satisfied with your choice. You are now in what was once, centuries ago, a hayloft, now redeveloped into the spacious living room you see.

This area, also air-conditioned with a hot/cold system, consists of a very comfortable double sofa bed placed in front of a table with four chairs.

From the two large windows overlooking the green area below, you can also keep an eye on your parking spot.

Here you’ll find the modern Smart-TV where you can connect your favorite streaming accounts. On rainy days, it’s good to find a silver lining, right?

The last part of the accommodation is the large kitchen that stretches along an entire wall, fully equipped even for long stays. An induction hob, an oven, a mini electric oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a toaster, and a kettle together with a Nespresso pod coffee machine — everything you need to prepare delicious meals to share before a great beach day or an excursion.

A selection of herbal teas in various flavors is offered by the house.

Plates, cutlery, various pots as well as single-use sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar, and oil are stored in the compartments.

And when you're out and about? You're in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, set in rocky coves perfect for swimming or taking unforgettable souvenir photos.

The beaches are reachable in 11 minutes by bike or 6 minutes by car and await you with their golden sand, crystal-clear waters, and beach resorts equipped for every need. There are also serviced free beaches — definitely a bonus. The proximity to the stunning beaches of Varigotti is another great incentive.

If you love nature, the numerous trails starting nearby will lead you to breathtaking views, through olive groves, broom plants, and the scent of Mediterranean scrub.

Just 14 minutes away you’ll find the beautiful medieval village of Finalborgo. Among its corners, you can breathe the atmosphere of times gone by, with silent alleys, ancient stones, and glimpses that tell stories of the sea and chivalry.

We won’t stop repeating it — you are in one of the most important centers in Liguria for sports. Speleology, Climbing, Mountain Biking, Trekking, Running, Trail, Beach Volleyball, and much more!

Just 4 minutes by car away is the Finale Ligure motorway exit, for quick trips across Liguria.

Some tips for your stay?

• Bring comfortable shoes: the old town is made to be explored!

• Don’t miss the sunset from the castle — a magical moment to photograph and remember.

• Try an e-bike day: you’ll find several rental shops in the area.
