Staff was acceptable. The room was in disrepair. Carpet and sofa well used. Only 4 tissues in box and not replaced on 2nd day. Door would not shut tight without slamming. Staff was aware of this because she pointed it out to me.

We specifically paid for the room we did for the Jacuzzi tub and we couldn't even use it because the plug was broke so it didn't hold any water. Other than that the room was good and it was a quiet stay

We booked through a third party for a wheelchair accessible room, however, that isn't what they sent to the hotel, and so our assigned room wasn't accessible. I spoke with the manager and he explained the situation and moved us to an accessible room. He was very nice. My only suggestion is the hairdryer and mirror in the bathroom should be lower so someone in a wheelchair or who is short statured could reach them.
