Top notch experience

My stay at the Hancock was excellent. The hotel lobby is beautiful and very clean. Likewise, the rooms were updated, clean, and hospitable. We found chocolate pretzels from a local chocolate shop on our beds. The location makes walking to dinner a breeze. I highly recommend if you are in the area. The only negative experience I can note was that our rooms stayed a little too warm no matter what I changed on the thermostat.

Hancock Hotel Great Value.

This hotel was outstanding. We got uograded due to an "overbooking" of rooms and wound up with a spacious suite. Whole hotel, incl. rooms and restaurant, were squeeky clean. Beautiful, classic decor. Friendly, attentive, staff. Had large party (12) dinner at Mancys steakhouse, and the food was outstanding and priced accordingly. Everything was top-shelf. Even without room accommodation upgrade, the stay was an absolute bargain. Location next to Marathon World HQ in downtown Findlay gave sense of safety and security in beautiful location. Had three room nights booked due to sons graduation at nearby college...Mancys even broke out napkins in the school's colors for the dinner. Would stay here in a heartbeat again if occasion arose.

The Hancock is the upgrade you want. We were going to stay at the Hilton off the highway. Findlay has this amazing establishment tucked in the middle of downtown. The lobby is swanky, the staff is personable. The room service was excellent too!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and everything was amazing! We were in a king suite for our wedding night and it was perfect. Our only complaint was the pillows were not great. Very deceiving in their appearance, they fell flat immediately

Valet parking upon arrival. Easy check-in. Meeted quickly and with a smile. The room was very nice. Neat and clean. Loved the shower and space in the room. One of the nicer mattresses I've slept on in a hotel. Walkable to come boutiques and dining options. Will likely center future trips around this being a routine stop location.

The Hancock was a delightful little surprise in our Findlay stay last weekend. It's upscale and clean with a friendly staff at a very reasonable price. The only downside is the mandatory parking which just adds a bit of time to the departure to bring the car around, and a small fee. Not a deal breaker, because this is a great property but something to be aware of. The valet was attentive and helpful as well.

This is a beautiful property with super comfortable, clean rooms. We were welcomed with chocolates on our pillow. Those kind of specials touches will make us come back the next time we are in the area.
