Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!Wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus in Fischbachau. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist genauso, wie es beschrieben wird – sogar noch schöner. Es ist sehr gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen.Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht, ist vorhanden. Die ruhige Lage und die wunderschöne Umgebung haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt den Vermietern. Sie sind unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man wird so nett empfangen, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Solche Gastgeber findet man nur selten.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können dieses Ferienhaus von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Wenn wir wieder nach Fischbachau kommen, würden wir jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig im Grünen und war Dank der guten Wegbeschreibung leicht zu finden. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet (mit viel Stauraum in allen Räumen) und vor allem liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir (Oma, Opa, Mama, Kind und Hund) haben nichts vermisst und uns (nicht nur wegen des Präsentkorbes) gleich sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt! Die Gastgeber-Familie hat sich noch am Anreisetag persönlich erkundigt, ob wir gut angekommen sind und war für uns immer erreichbar. Auch als uns leider gleich am ersten Tag die Kaffeekanne runtergefallen ist, haben wir sehr schnell eine neue Kaffeemaschine bekommen und sollten diese nicht mal bezahlen. Besonders gut war auch der Geheim-Tipp mit der Werkstatt im Ort, als unser Auto einen Motorschaden hatte. Bei den steigenden Temperaturen während der Woche waren wir zudem positiv überrascht, wie angenehm kühl es im Erdgeschoss geblieben ist. Auch die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten vorm Haus, im Garten und beim Weiher haben wir gerne genutzt und so immer ein Schattenplätzchen gefunden. Besonderes Highlight dabei: zweimal konnten wir sogar einen Biber (?) im Weiher entdecken! Unser Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder und können sowohl die Unterkunft (und Umgebung), als auch die Gastgeber-Familie nur wärmstens empfehlen!

"Gemütlich" ist da nichts! Ein Wohnzimmer besteht aus einem verklebten Fernseher und einem querstehenden uralten Bett auf dem keiner sitzen kann : uralte schmutzige Matratze verdeckt von einer verstaubten Decke. Das "Sofa" im Essbereich ist durchgesessen und mit einer fleckigen Decke versehen.Jedes Sitzmöbel hatte Flecken.Die Küche war auch total unsauber und nur durch gekauftes Putzzeug benutzbar.Der Vermieter hat vorgeschlagen auf von uns auf den Fußboden gelegten Matratzen zu schlafen. Das Bettzeug war im Hochsommer leider für Minusgrade geeignet.Die Sitzecke im Garten mit dem verdreckten Grill war verunkrautet.Einen Weiher gab es auch nicht. Die Unterkunft war viel zu teuer. Ich empfehle dieses Haus aus der Vermittlung zu nehmen und den Vermieter in Regress zu nehmen.Bitte informieren Sie uns über Ihre Maßnahmen.Günter Stahl
