The villa features two master bedrooms with French doors opening onto a full-length, south-facing balcony, showcasing stunning panoramic views across the valley and the Alpi Apuane. At the rear, large twin bedrooms overlook the garden and terrace, while shared bathroom and shower facilities are designed for easy access.
Downstairs, you’ll find generous living areas filled with character, including a wood-burning oven, books and guides as well as a farmhouse style kitchen complete with Italian coffee machine and laundry facilities.
Outdoors, enjoy long, leisurely meals on either of the two terraces, sip a glass of prosecco at sunset on the balcony or in the garden. Wake to birdsong, watch fireflies at night, and soak in the quiet rhythm of country life.
