The room and bathroom were spacious and had a really fresh feel. The breakfast buffet was the best we‘ve ever had in a hotel. Great choices! Appreciated to park under cover in the shade. Proximity of beach, restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and responsive when an issue occurred. On the not so great side: the water temperature in the pool is way too low. We couldn’t use it because it was so cold.

I liked the hotel. I didn’t like having to turn my television volume up to play over the band on the roof while watching football. They played all day to 9:00pm. Also I found the hotel somewhat loud in general. I was awoken twice during the night by either people in the hall or someone’s television. Loud music was pumped in all public areas. The hotel was new and in good condition. The free breakfast was above average.

Location of the property is fantastic, walking distance to shops and beach. Complimentary breakfast was good. The room was nicely decorated. What I didnt like was the bed it was way to firm so it was hard to get a good nights rest. I did get an alcoholic drink on the rooftop bar which there was a good singer I enjoyed but the margarita came in a glass not a true margarita glass as you know it is all in the details. I was really looking forward to staying at a Margaritaville Hotel for the first time but honestly I wasnt impressed. If you are going for low budget feel that is what it was.

This place was only 4 months old. Beautiful. Room layout was great the bed faced the window door so you could look directly at the ocean from your bed. Rather quiet town. Which we loved. Could be off season too. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property very quiet. It poured the whole time we were there, but we had a great time anyway. The staff was amazing the bartender Eric was wonderful. The property seemed to fit right in Flagler Beach, as if it had been there all along, although it was just 3 months old. Nice details in decor. Seating though in the lobby was not comfortable and did not beg you to stay seated for long.
