The presentation of the rooms was excellent. The only problem we encountered was no written instructions on how to work the tv. There were several remote controls. The Spectrum one did not work as the batteries were corroded. We used a “black” one which turned the tv on. After that we’re not able to get all channels until the last day when finding “YouTube TV”. The bedroom with twin beds was only accessible with Roku. We did know how to access the channels as we once used Roku at home. Spectrum’s batteries were also corroded. The views of the ocean are spectacular. The pool was clean and very refreshing. The caretaker of the condo kept the pool & grounds well taken care. We will not hesitate to book this unit again. Very spacious! We also ate in the restaurants at Flagler Beach Romero’s Tuscany, Funky Pelican, Beachfront, NextDoor all were delicious. Thank you.

The condo was clean and inviting with everything you would need for your stay. The coffee maker and coffee bar were a huge hit with our group. The pool was great, little brisk but refreshing. The view was amazing. The condo was very peaceful and pet friendly. The grounds around the condo didn’t seem as pet friendly. Overall it was a great stay. I’d definitely recommend the condo. The only drawback was the fact that the elevator doesn’t go all the way down to the parking lot, it was a struggle for my 82 y/o father-in-law.

Amazing location. Great wifi, great dishwasher. Awesome balcony, ocean views, etc.The only downside is that it has that kind of mustiness you often see in condos and motels near the beach. Things get a bit more run down by the beach - salt in the air, etc. So it's a great place, a little musty. Note: the laundry is not in-unit. It's a paid laundry that is within the same complex. It's open from 9 am to 9 pm. The only other thing that's missing is a garbage disposal, but that information is included in the description of the place.
