With charming rustic décor and a large back deck overlooking rock waterfall and spacious yard. Centrally located near Northern Arizona’s top attractions, including Sedona, Snowbowl, and the Grand Canyon.

Thanks for staying with us! Please take a moment to review a few important guidelines:

🗑 Trash & Recycling
• Recycling pickup: Tuesday
• Trash pickup: Friday
Please place bins at the curb the night before and return them after pickup.

🚫 No Parties or Events
• Outdoor activities must move inside by:
 – 10 PM weekends
 – 9 PM weeknights
• We have noise monitors around the property. If noise is too high, you’ll receive:
 1️⃣ A text message
 2️⃣ A second alert after 15 mins
 3️⃣ A phone call if it continues
• We also have security cameras at the front and back of the property
• Please be respectful of neighbors at all times 🙏

It was a beautiful home in a great location. Close to pretty much anything you need but away from the business of downtown. Host was great and quickly addressed all of our needs during our stay. Great home for family celebrations and vacation!

The property had everything for our trip to make it perfect. Location, cleanliness, games, size and owners- no complaints and will definitely come back for another stay. Only problem is that we didn’t stay longer.
