The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip all beds used. If sofa sleeper used, leave open so the cleaner knows to take care of. Pile all dirty linens on floor of master bathroom.
Please gather all dirty/used towels and washcloths (including kitchen towels) and pile in master bathroom bath tub.
Close and lock all windows and doors. Turn off all lights and ceiling fans. Take out all trash and put in outdoor green trash bin on garage side of house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If BBQ grill is used, guest(s) must clean it otherwise, a $30 fee will be charged for each grill not cleaned (propane and charcoal grills).
Pets absolutely NOT allowed on any of the furniture. If evidence, guest responsible for covering all costs to have furniture professionally cleaned.
Pets not allowed to be left at property alone UNLESS kenneled. If found alone and un-kenneled, guests will be asked to vacate immediately.
