House was a great location, walkable to downtown Flagstaff. Host was quick to restock body wash for the bathroom. Convenient parking. Nice side yard to host friends. Only issue is property description included two bedrooms with a queen bed and futon bed. In reality there was one bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room. Informed the host if the discrepancy.

This house is cute but a little dated. It was clean and maintained. Plenty of room for one or two people. Note that the air conditioning is one small window unit located at the top of the stairs.
