Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
