This location was more than enough for our family of four. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and in good working order. Driveway was a challenge to get out of with the steep banking. Flagstaff was a great location for day trips to the Grand Canyon, petrified forest, Sedona, or Flagstaff itself!

Relaxing stay in quiet neighborhood. Needs a good spring cleaning and a number of repairs (open sheetrock, broken curtain rod, loose bath fixtures, etc). We overall enjoyed our stay.

Great spot for 8 in Flagstaff

Overall great property - some minor items small shower near front door was odd but there was a second one in one of the bedrooms if you really want privacy - overall very nice , modern property - plenty of space

We loved the convenience of the location. It was so easy to get anywhere. The restaurants were great too. Loved the Grand Canyon, but Walnut Canyon was spectacular. The house provided safe refuge for our whole family of 6. The only thing we didn't care for was no AC but the very cool Flagstaff nights provided ample coolness and we closed everything up during the day, so it was not an issue. Great property. Everything we needed for a great Family vacation. Great Host

The Holland property worked perfectly for our vacation. The space was well sorted, allowing space for us and our 3 kids. The only note I'll make is that the driveway is funky - so amyone staying should be aware that a lower vehicle may have difficulty getting in & out.

We rented the house at arrival someone was inside the living room passing check in time appeared to be maintenance also we found out that someone was staying in the same house on top floor without telling us we fell like we got catfished on the old property description saying that it was a house now this morning was changed to as a apartment , the doors didn't locked and the problem is that no one told us that people were renting part of the property they have no noise time from 9:30 to 8:00 supposedly the people upstairs were making alot of noise you could here the dog's running around overall nice kitchen and rooms some rooms and main doors didn't locked feels unsafe and like we we're being watched cause no good
