Rooms were not cleaned well. The pillows had a strong perfume scent on them. The bathroom floors were filthy as well as the shower. The rooms air/heating system was not working properly. The windows were very thin and allowed for very loud outside noise to disturb the nights sleep. The walls were very thin and we were able to hear the tv and talking from the rooms next to us throughout the night. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ver had.

Having to pay for breakfast is crazy, especially $11 a person. I prepaid for breakfast through Expedia and the receipt they sent me, they are charging me again!! $8 parking, come on. TV Chanel’s didn’t gave Golf Chanel or Fox News, just unwatchable CNN & MSNBC. Can’t say we will that in this particular Hyatt Place.

This room was nice but there add is a bit deceptive. It does say that the room is equipped with a microwave which is false, they also say that there is breakfast, but it doesn’t say it’s for a price and it doesn’t reveal that parking is charged either. They should update there adds so that people are well aware of what is and isn’t included.

Staff and room are excellent, as is the inhouse bar. I can't believe they charge almost $9 for parking that isn't underground, covered or even that close to the door during the downpour we arrived in.
