The Space:

Family friendly neighborhood. Four bedroom home with large private back yard, fully fenced.



Outside: back yard fire pit with seating, 4 person Infrared Sauna and a single person cold plunge. Gas BBQ grill and variety of outdoor games.



Inside: 4 cozy minimalistic bedrooms, large open living room, dining and kitchen area. 3 bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs. 1/2 bathroom (toilet/sink only) downstairs



Guest Access:

Guest have access to the entire property with the exception of one locked closet. 2 car garage with additional parking for 2 cars in driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, family neighborhood. Walking distance to many outdoor activities including the forest, duck ponds, grass park, golf and more. Bike trails nearby. Restaurants: Oakmont (walking distance), Oreganos and Toasted Owl (breakfast only) are both one mile away



Getting Around:

The home is a 10 minute drive to Downtown Flagstaff. 8 miles from NAU campus. 35-40 minute scenic drive to Sedona (taking the 89A scenic route). 75 minute drive to Grand Canyon. 19 mile drive to Snowbowl Ski area (drive times vary)

Wonderful neighborhood, very quiet. This is the second time staying here. Our family has grown since our last visit. Had plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children. Love the big back yard. Will definitely by returning!

This property has a nice location. The dog yard was the reason we chose this location for our visit. The house itself was not as clean as we would have preferred. The floors were dirty and it was not vacuumed. We attempted to use the vacuum, but it did not work. There was hair in the shower drain. The dog yard was not picked up from the previous guests We were asked to haul the bin out to the street for the pick up of recycling. Previous guests had not taken out the trash. It would’ve been nice to have had Kleenex and napkins. The TV was not user-friendly. We had to download our own app. The Wi-Fi was located in the garage away from the desk.

This property was very well appointed. Came for daughters Bday. Brought everything but tooth pick to check cake, found some. Also forgot oil for a pizza, not a problem. Rained pretty much the entire time we were there but found movies to watch, and games to play. The dog enjoyed the large back yard and romping with all the neighbors dogs along the fenceline, but kept him quiet. The many stairs were a bit challenging for me, (Bad hip), but gave daughter upstairs and we stayed in bottom bedroom. We would stay here again!

Lovely home, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Lots of access to walking, especially Campbell Mesa. House is well maintained, great outdoor backyard, and the owners are super responsive. I always say, something can go wrong, but the sign of a great host, is their ability to respond and follow through. This guys were great!

Fabulous dog-friendly house & neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at this house for a week with our dogs. The yard has a high secure fence and is big enough to explore and relax in, with several seating areas too. We used the grill and fire pit. The inside of the house is beautiful with a very spacious living room/kitchen area with a gas fireplace, nice TV and couch. Everything we needed was provided and Jaana was very helpful when we had any questions. We also loved the neighborhood - very clean, upscale, good sidewalks, and super close to Walnut Canyon Lakes -- a gorgeous spot for dog or people walks! Also very close to retail/grocery/restaurants. Will be back!

Just what we needed

Spent a night in Flagstaff on our way to the Grand Canyon and this house was exactly what we needed. Close to the observatory and many of the downtown restaurants. Would stay again if we’re in the area.

Great house with fenced in yard in a beautiful part of Flagstaff. Host was great and responded in minutes to any questions. We went north from Phoenix area to have our 1 year old granddaughter and pup experience snow for the first time.

Great property. Very clean, well stocked and super comfortable. Owners had the place decorated nicely for Christmas. If you have pets, very convenient and great backyard. Would definitely stay here again on our trips to Flagstaff. WiFi was a little weak.

A Perfect Flagstaff House & Great Location

The house is located in the best part of Flagstaff. It has a huge backyard and a great kitchen and living room area to hang out and enjoy Thanksgiving. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
