Unwind in comfort across three cozy bedrooms—one with a king bed, walk-in closet, and private ensuite featuring double sinks and a spacious shower.

The two additional bedrooms each offer a plush queen bed, perfect for family or friends. With two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a peaceful deck under the pines, this home blends comfort, style, and Flagstaff charm.

The house includes:

♦ 2 Large bedrooms (Queen)
♦ 2 Full bathrooms for your group's comfort

You will have access to the entirety of the home, except for one bedroom closet which is utilized as storage. Feel free to use all the amenities as you please. We only ask that you respect the home as your own.




PARKING: Driveway or street parking

You will not need to meet anybody and will be able to get access through the keypad.

♦This is a NON Smoking home. If any smoking is found inside the house, there will be a $500 fine. There is plenty of patio, use that please! :)
♦Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. A penalty of $500 will be applied for any violation of this policy.
♦Absolutely NO Parties or events. There is a $500 fine for unauthorized events + additional damages
♦No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
♦ We ask that once you run out of the provided supplies/toiletries, you please buy your own.
