Welcome to your own Arizona inspired 3br/2 ba home in the quiet Ponderosa Trails neighborhood. Centrally located within minutes of NAU, Downtown Flagstaff's restaurants and shopping, Fort Tuthill and the Flagstaff airport. For the adventurer, Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon and the South Rim of the Grand Canyon are just a short drive or walk out the back door to access Flagstaff's Urban Trail system for biking or walking. The home boasts soaring ceilings in the great room along with a cozy fireplace.
The Space:
The living area boasts cathedral like ceilings with a bank of windows to match looking out at the pines. There is ample seating around the cozy fireplace and smart TV.

The dining are seats six comfortably around a sizable table with comfy seating and great lighting.

Just off the dining area is the kitchen with all stainless appliances including a gas cooktop/oven for gourmet chefs, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. There is a drip coffee maker, filters and coffee provided. Other small appliances include a kitchen aid mixer, toaster and hand mixer.

Also downstairs is a full laundry room with washer/dryer. iron and stand.

Just off the kitchen/dining is the spectacular deck that sits up in the pines with a dining table that seats six , grill and two hanging loungers for sipping coffee and reading your book.

There are two wonderful bedrooms downstairs.
"Singing coyote" has a queen bed, full size dresser and two nightstands, Amazing natural light comes through the large shuttered window. There is also a large closet with extra pillow and blanket.
"Ski AZ" has a queen bed, full size dresser and a nightstands, the armoire has a Netflix ready smart TV with remote for cozy movie nights. There is also a large closet with extra pillow and blanket.

The downstairs full bath had a spacious, well appointed tile shower with toiletries, towels etc.

Lets head upstairs to the balcony overlooking the great room below that becomes a private workspace with full size desk and chairs to spread out if you need to "take care of some business" while relaxing up north.

Walk through the french doors from the office space into a spacious stylish master with native AZ inspired decor, a king bed, two nigh stands, full size dresser armoire and a large smart TV.

The master bath is breathtaking with a cozy soaking tub AND a spacious glass shower with toiletries. Crystal lighting hangs from above the bath to give you the ultimate relaxation.
