This gorgeous property features a King bedroom loft upstairs looking out of the picture windows into the beautiful Ponderosa Pines. There are two secondary bedrooms on the main floor: (bedroom 1) has two twin beds and 1 trundle bed perfect for the kids or larger group, (bedroom 2) has two twin beds which can be kept separate or pushed together to make a king bed. The full bathroom with washer and dryer is located on the main floor. The living room is perfect for snuggling around the fireplace or playing board games with your group. The sofa can sleep two additional guests. Enjoy the outdoors on the perfectly curated paver patio with a wood burning fire-pit and propane grill.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
November- April turn heater to 70 degrees
Remove all trash and food and place in outside dumpsters by the garage
Close all windows and doors, make sure propane for grill is off, make sure fire-pit is out with water
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Guests REQUIRED to search "flagstaff, arizona burn ban" before using fire-pit. If you have a fire during ban, $1000 fine and immediate eviction.
No leaving windows open with heater on. No moving furniture besides green twin beds. Will incur $500 furniture moving fee.
NO DOGS ON FURNITURE, immediate pick-up of dog waste required. Guest charged $500 if this house rule is broken. Dogs must be crated if left alone.
