As a guest , for additional fees, you will have access to the private boat ramp /dock. There is plenty of parking for boat/jet ski trailers. When the owners are in town, you can hire the boat captain for fishing charters . This cottage is located only minutes from downtown Stuart, beautiful beaches , and Manatee Pocket, a lovely fishing village .There are a multitude of various types of restaurants, live entertainment , and fun watering holes.
