On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove (oven and hob), dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also a dining room with a lounge area and a flat-screen TV. One bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). A bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

In the basement, the cellar has been transformed into a room carved into the rock, with a dining area, fireplace, bar, and lounge area.
Access to the upper floor is via a narrow staircase with Japanese-style steps; please take care if you have children or reduced mobility. A very low-ceilinged bedroom in the attic with one double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm). Access to a small bathroom with a sink and toilet is via a very low passageway.

Close to Lake Marçon for fishing, sailing, and swimming. A cycle path (greenway) is nearby. Electric heating is charged extra based on consumption and payable on site to the owners.
