This meticulously restored 'painted lady' is just two miles to Belleayre Mountain (downhill and cross country skiing, music festivals, Pine Hill beach, hunting, Esopus Creek Fly fishing, tubing, Hanah Country Club golf, horseback riding, hiking and biking trails) and is centrally and conveniently located in the Catskills Park in the four season resort Village of Fleischmanns, Delaware County, NY.
