Abgewohnt, dreckig und laut

Die FeWo entsprach leider gar nicht den Erwartungen, die das Inserat vermittelt. Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt und in Teilen renovierungsbedürftig. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft: Die Fenster waren total verdreckt, an Besteck und Geschirr klebten Essensreste, die Besteckschublade und einige Schränke waren nicht sauber, unter den Betten befand sich zentemeterhoch der Staub. Im Badezimmer gab es einen Schimmelbefall in und um die Dusche, auf dem Boden befindet sich ein PVC-Belag, der sich in den Ecken nach oben wölbt. Wir haben umgehend den Vermieter kontaktiert, der am Telefon vollkommen emotionslos erklärte, laut seiner App wäre alles in Ordnung, aber er schickt nochmal jemanden zum Putzen, der auch den Schimmelbefall mit einem Spray entfernt. Die Fenster würden nur alle zwei Monate gereingt und die Besteckschublade alle zwei Wochen. Wir sollen ihm bitte eine Nachricht mit den zu reinigenden Bereichen und Dingen schreiben, dann wird nochmal geputzt. Unseren Wunsch, er möge bitte kommen und sich den Zustand der Wohnung anschauen, hat er abgelehnt. Er hielt es auch nicht für notwendig, sich zu entschuldigen oder zu mindest sein Bedauern über den Zustand der Wohnung zu formulieren. Er hat vielmehr den Eindruck vermittelt, dass es ihm vollkommen egal ist. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, aber vor allem über einer Kneipe mit Livemusik, was in seinem Inserat mit keiner Silbe erwähnt wird. Die Lärmbelästigung durch Straße und Kneipe ist erheblich.
