Beautiful and spacious Mediterranean-style Villa located less than five minutes’ walk from the beautiful white beach of Flic-en-Flac. The Villa boasts 4 air-conditioned bedroom and 2 modern bathrooms. Main floor recently renovated and tastefully decorated in warm earthy tones and modern furniture. Well equipped kitchen with all modern facilities. Bright upper floor with lounge and kitchenette. Well-appointed outdoor space with spectacular pool with built-in seats, BBQ grill with loads of sitting and dining areas. Wi-Fi internet, cable TV included as well as maid service. Beautiful tropical garden with coconut, palm and fruit trees. The house backs on Domaine Wolmar where you will see various wildlife. The property is fully fenced with alarm system and CCTV camera.
