Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Host scamed

Host scamed We rented the apartment, but it was not ready and the owner did not answer the calls, there were also no signs and we could not find it. About 4 o'clock in the afternoon, the owner contacted us and said that he could not shelter us, by the time we had already rented another home. We asked to return the money to us, to which the owner said that he canceled the reservation,please refund my money
