The centrally located, newly renovated 3-room apartment is within walking distance (7-8 minutes) of the mountain railroads and the "Stenna” shopping center in Flims. The bright and high-quality apartment on the 1st floor offers 74m2 of space for a maximum of 6 guests. It has a spacious living room with sofa bed (190x150cm) and balcony (16m2). The two bedrooms are equipped with king-size double beds (200x180cm) and a spacious wardrobe and each has an en-suite bathroom (1 with shower & washbasin, 1 with bathtub & washbasin). There is also a separate toilet with washbasin.
