Clean and comfortable room. Staff was eager to help. Downside: I had to wait for Santa to check in (not kidding). If you want a handicap accessible room, be aware that the they have tubs, not walk-in showers. Fortunately I had thought to bring a shower chair just in case. Overall, a very good stay.

Check in was easy and quick, but I reserved a room with a heart shaped Jacuzzi in the room and when I got to my room I only had a jetted bathtub. It wasn't the end of the world by any means but I would have liked to receive the room I originally booked. Otherwise everything else was fantastic. Big clean rooms and lots of options for food or shopping close by.

The service and staff was great. We had a slight issue with the room when we got there, that was honestly no big deal at all, and the staff not only switched our room immediately, but also upgraded us to a bigger; nicer room. Rooms were clean with good amenities. We didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast but the coffee was great. We will definitely stay again.

Don't use door D or E those have been out for years. Breakfast does a small variety, cereal, yogurt, juice, waffles. Staff is always friendly.

While we were only there for about ten hours, it was a very pleasant stay. We arrived shottly before midnight, following a long day in the van; there was one person on duty at that hour and she was nice, pleasant, and efficient. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows, and we had a good night's sleep, albeit a too short one! The breakfast buffet was fine; I am not much of a breakfast person, but my toasted cinnamon bagel with butter, my French Toast with coconut, walnuts, and chocolate chips, and my oraange juice were all quite tasty. Check-out was also quick and pleasant and we were back on the road before 10:00 a.m.
