The staff are really really nice. They are hard working and seem to be happy to help all the time. I like the coffee being available 24 hours. I haven’t tried the breakfast as I left early every day. The room, the sheets were very clean. The towels were ok. Bathroom was not too clean when I first checked in. I would stay there however just because the staff seemed to be very friendly.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. My issues were with cleanliness. We didnt want to use the soaker tub as there we saw bugs in it. The fireplace didn’t work and the tv didn’t have sound.

We've had occasion to stay at this property about three times in the past couple of years. Very nice; clean, comfortable, attractive. Didn't use the pool or hot tub this time so no comment on that. Staff was friendly and helpful. I do wish, though, I could give this stay 4.5 stars. When I reached to close the blackout curtains I noticed two spots of blood on them. In all fairness, if the curtains had been open it would be very easy for the cleaners to miss the spots. I did take a photo and show it to the folks at the desk when I checked out.

First thing, dirty disgusting. Walked into our room smelled of must and cigarettes. Went down to the pool there were bugs everywhere, ants eating leftovers in the tile cracks, Beatles and worms. Got back from dinner and next thing you know there were COCKROACHES! This property has good “reviews” but it definitely should not. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this was by far the worst. It was an awful experience for me and my children.
