I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The front desk staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Tina and Kayla were so kind to my child. It felt like we were staying with family. The breakfast was also exceptional! The ladies kept the spot clean and the food flowing; it was delicious. I enjoyed my time in the hot tub. The pool water seemed a little murky, but it’s also very big and my child had a great time. I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The television didn’t work in the room and the maintenance man was unavailable to help. There was only one person on duty so I had to go to the front desk to get towels. I stayed two nights but the room was not cleaned during my stay. The rooms need to be updated terribly. It’s outdated and the shower handle fell off.

experience was terrible , I asked for help with numerous things in the hotel and received nothing . I told the lady at the front desk after 2 hours of being checked in that the toilet in our room wasn’t working properly she said no one for maintence was on call and they would send someone in the morning , the never sent anyone so we couldn’t use the toilet the entire time we were there we had to use the main one inside the hotel lobby . When we tried to look at the toilet ourselves the tank is filled with mold . There were pipes exposed in the room under the vanity (health and safety hazard ) Layers of dust as if it hasn’t been cleaned , stains on the bedding . Asked for more towels NEVER received them and when others in our group asked she told them to bring their old ones back down first. Garbage was never picked up and room never cleaned during our stay (house keeping) . Terrible customer service and overall cleanliness of the hotel . will never return again .

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was no remote and I wished I didn’t attempt to look for it. Behind the drapes, beverage straw's, checkers and chess pieces, someone’s weave on top of the armoire. Someone’s dirty clothes under the bathroom sink etc. We did get a replacement remote, however the volume didn’t work on the TV. I didn’t attempt another resolution I just settled with using my phone.
