Very friendly staff. Hotel was very nice. Not a huge deal, but the TV remote wouldn't control the volume or turn the TV on/off (the manage did try to fix this). A couple of the outlets in our room didn't work.

Our stay was wonderful! After a 10 hour drive the room was perfect to walk into. Nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff was so friendly and always offered suggestions on great local places to eat and visit!

I liked that they had a hot tub and pool, that was the main reason I booked here. They had a decent spread for breakfast in the mornings, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The bathroom was TINY. The lighting in the room was kind of weird as well, with only three lamps in the room and none in the far side by the window. Overall, the place looked and felt a bit tired, but had fantastic customer service and the amenities I came for, so I view it as a successful stay.

Hot tub jets barely worked, and it could have been cleaner. We had the suite, and the mattress on the pullout sofa was not usable. Springs were almost coming through the material.
