Bad Fairfield experience

The worst experience ever. The front desk employee was very incoherent when I checked in. The hotel room television was not working and the hotel employee teased profanity when asked about the problem. This was the worst hotel experience ever. Fairfield need to investigate the hotel employee. His name is Henry.

Really like the facility. It was quiet. Staff was excellent. Not much in the form of easy to go food for breakfast. Limited offerings. Worst thing was that I was in a handicap accessible room and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. Not sure if that specific to this room type or just that the beds are bad. I’m not typically a picky sleeper but woke up with back hurting every single morning. Will not stay there again because of that.
