We have stayed at this Hyatt several times and enjoy it more and more every time. Family lives by and we recommend it to all that are visiting or traveling near Flint. We just love here, we are always made to feel at home and the staff are so welcoming and friendly.

We were traveling with an infant and it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room to heat her food instead of going to the lobby to heat it up. Everything else was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Place was gross, Crack-heads in the Parking Lot, Room Window overlooked lobby and restaurant and the decorative over hangs were filthy and filled with cobwebs and dust bunnies. Room was never cleaned, and smelled stale and musty. DEFINITELY NOT A 3 Star place!!!
