Make yourself at home in this delightful brand new 2-bedroom 2-bath waterfront lake house. With 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms, and a cozy living room with a Queen-sized sofa bed, this welcoming house has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Enjoy amenities like a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven, Wi-Fi, and AC during your visit. The back porch features a daybed swing with 2 TV's and 3 ceiling fans to enjoy the beautiful sunsets while you watch your favorite program or read a good book. Also, there is a fire pit with relaxing chairs to hang out or cook up some delicious s’mores. The house is located 1 mile off of HWY 155 on CR 189W in a peaceful neighborhood. We hope you enjoy what our place and Lake Palestine has to offer. Currently the dock is under construction however, there is a public boat ramp less than 1/2 mile away.
