This apartment was in the perfect area to see Florence and walk everywhere!! Very centralized!! Any questions we had, the owner was easy to contact . I would book this apartment again !! Highly recommend!

Polite Host Hot Apartment

The host is very responsive, it is a bit annoying to have to text them all the time to unlock the various gates and doors. If you don’t have cellphone service you will not be able to stay here. The place is large enough to sleep many people and was clean. Convenient that you could wash clothes there too. The air conditioning is weak though, might as well just be a person blowing on you. I ended up sleeping downstairs on the couch with the windows open and a fan blowing directly on me. Had I slept in the loft I may have had a heatstroke.

Amazing location and it was clean but terrible customer service. AC was not working and one of the two fans was also not working so we had to sleep with windows open just to make it bearable. By far the worst sleep we had in our vacation. Oh, and you better be ready to walk up 3 floors (6 flights of stairs). Apartment was located on a very busy street so we got woken up at least 6 times from street noise. We told management AC and one of the fans was not working about 4 hours after check-in but it took them 24 hours after we told them to approve moving us to a new apartment. Communication often took half a day for them to respond.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is centrally located in Florence - a 5 minute walk to the Duomo, a 10 minute walk to the tram and train stations and it's also doors down from the grocery store if you need anything. Lots of great restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Perfect! Daniele was very responsive to our needs. I think it would be helpful to add an additional mirror outside of the bathroom somewhere so that people can continue getting ready if someone is showering.
