Lorenzo was an outstanding host and we had an excellent stay. We are Brazilian, and from the first moment he made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described — everything worked perfectly and we felt at home right away. Lorenzo’s reception was impeccable: friendly, warm, and extremely patient. Since my wife and I don’t speak Italian, he took the time to explain everything slowly and clearly, which made the check-in and the whole experience very easy and stress-free. Housekeeping was also excellent. Every time we went out and the room was cleaned, our luggage and personal belongings were always left exactly as we had placed them, which made us feel comfortable and respected. Overall, great value and a truly reliable, professional, and kind host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Lorenzo to anyone visiting Florence — especially other Brazilians who may feel unsure about the language. This was a great stay in Florence. The location is excellent for both Santa Maria Novella and the center of the city. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom and it was very spacious and you could tell lots of care was taken to make the space clean and amenable. Thanks for a great stay!

Laundromat 2 doors to the left, restaurants everywhere, leather shops everywhere and BARGAIN for at LEAST half the price. Go to Marcato Centrale for huge variety of food and drinks. All visiting sites are within 10 minutes not a word of a lie. Apperitivo’s and food literally outside the doors and please try Florentino steak it is AWESOME (for two people, trust me).

This property was close the train station and easily walkable. There were several restaurants right outside the front door. The room was adequate. You had to share a bathroom but that wasn’t too bad although it was a very small room and the shower was also very small 2’x 2’ and the water wasn’t very hot only warm. Pretty basic accommodation but totally adequate for my time in Florence.

Good property in the close proximity to Duomo. It’s a very European style of accommodation, nice and cozy. We would suggest they have couple cups in each room, and more than one kettle for the tenants to share. Maybe even one small in each room. Private bathroom is small and weird, but it’s private, and for the price it’s perfect.

Great little secret place .

The owner Lorenzo , met us at the door greeted us and allowed a earlier ck in . As we had traveled very early to get there. Room was very clean and comfy bed. Will recommend his place to friends and family . Close to everything, great restaurants , close to transportation.

Overall, I had a really pleasant stay at the Casa Billi. Lorenzo was there to check me in at my planned arrival time. My room was clean and my shared washroom was relatively clean, too. Other share users/guests seemed respectful. The surrounding area was safe and lively, very convenient, walking distance to all attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here!
