Agnolo 65 - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

The apartment is in the district of S.Ambrogio, very close to the famous food market where every day it is possible to stock up on fresh fruits and vegetables from the surrounding countryside and where it is possible to eat in the typical places frequented by Florentines. The neighborhood is lively and the main points of interest are just a few minutes' walk away.
The apartment is large, renovated, furnished and air conditioned, it is located on the first floor near Piazza Santa Croce, very close to the S Ambrogio car park.
The apartment is in a typical building in the historic center, consists of an open space with equipped kitchen and a living room with sofa and TV, a double bedroom with interior and quiet views, the bathroom has a window with a shower cabin. The apartment can accommodate up to two people and is ideal for couples and single travelers.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit that will be used to meet their basic needs (toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc.)
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area.
Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00, and for arrivals after 20:00, there is a surcharge.
Service restriction:
Air conditioning in Italy is governed by a regulation that provides for a minimum temperature of 20° and a maximum of 22°.
The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
Based on Decree No. 383 of 6/10/22 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period for turning on the plants for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day.

Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100€ will be required.
As per Italian law number 21472011 (art.40.1), the Italian police require us to communicate the identity of our guests. The informations that guests are required to share are: an identity document with a valid photo for expatriation and the address of residence .

To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one at a time. The house is equipped with a boiler, a simultaneous use of hot water could temporarily reduce its temperature.
The tourist tax of EUR 6.00 per person per night must be paid upon check-in.

City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
