Florence 2 nights

I booked a room with private bath, but, when arrived had to insist on it as they had me in without one. Took much longer to get to any of sights than listed on line. Traffic noise so loud at night I couldn't sleep. I went next door for coffee and bakery goods, instead of coffee from machine and commercially packaged items served. Staff was helpful.

A bit away from the center (~30min bus ride), but an excellent stay overall. Nice staff, good breakfast.

Hotel staff was very good and facilities are nice

I am happy to give this review. I was there for five days. The staff is co-operative. only the problem is with language. I would like to suggest the hotel owner that there should be staff with more fluency in English language.The same will help your hotel business positively. Thanks

nice remote hotel

nice hotel at remote village up in the mountains. surrounded by wine fields. It is wrongly declares as four stars. it is three stars and have nice restaurant. Breakfast is great with local fresh made juices served. Rooms are recently renovated and very clean.

Pensione degli anni 60

Albergo vecchio con arredamento vintage, sembra una pensione di qualche decennio fa. La colazione inclusa era pessima: caffè del distributore, due tipi di merendine confezionate da discount, qualche fetta biscottate e marmellatine. Camera fredda, termosifoni accesi solo la sera. La mattina si gelava. Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. A favore la posizione a 15 minuti a piedi dall'ospedale Careggi, la pulizia e la cordialità del personale.

Foi bem ruim. A sorte q ficamos la so para dormir. Chegamos tarde e saimos cedo O chuveiro nao esquentava. A cama era ruim. O cafe eh fraco. O aquecedor nao funcionava. Nao tinha edredon ou cobertor. Alguns funcionarios discutiam de manha. Ou seja, fraco! Muito fraco!

Далеко от основных достопримечательностей

Отель расположен далеко от "туристического" центра: от железнодорожного вокзала Санта-Мария Новелла 3 км, до Дуомо с баптистерием 4 км. Причём из центра к отелю идти в гору. Без навигатора ни за что не найдёте. Хоть отель "одна звезда", душ, раковина и туалет с биде - в номере. Горячая вода с хорошим напором. Завтрак очень скромный, но лучше чем ничего. Есть лифт. Номер нормальных размеров. Отопление не работало, а в конце апреля было ещё прохладно. Звукоизоляция отсутствует как таковая. Дают 2 ключа, от входных дверей и от номера.

Kleines sauberes Hotel

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe eines Krankenhauses. Trotzdem eine relativ ruhige Lage mit guten Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

想省錢的話可以住的旅館

在馬路邊晚上路燈太亮、車聲很吵，房間太熱而且冷氣不涼 但櫃檯人員很親切，早餐也還算不錯！
