We loved this hotel, it was clean, it was large, staff was the most helpful and kind, and it was so comfortable. We were finally able to get some really good sleep on our trip. The only issue there is no nearby transportation. Florence has a bus shuttle that has stops closer to other hotels that we found about later from a member in our tour group to Cinque Terre. Also they are doing construction work in the road in the area, so the taxis have to go around, making it more expensive. Beautiful views from the terrace!!

When our room had an issue with the air conditioner the first evening, they immediately gave us the closest available room to ours which happened to be the executive suite. They had us stay there for the remainder of our stay. Breakfast is excellent and location is premium. Many thanks to all of their staff.

This hotel surpassed expectation in every way. The location is super convenient. The rooms are very beautiful. The staff was great. Loved the bartender LD. She was fun to talk with and made amazing drinks. Try the Espresso Martini! The breakfast was fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay there.
