Our room was lovely, clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and very helpful!, breakfast was amazing, they cater for everyone. The restaurant staff really friendly and accommodating, we had a birthday meal there which they made extra special too, and overall our stay was made better ( if that’s possible) due to the above. 5 night stay in Florence, arrived a couple of hours ahead of check-in time but were lucky enough the room was ready for us. Amazing room with a huge shower and jacuzzi in the bathroom. River view bedroom with comfortable bed and memory foam pillows. The staff were extremely friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was excellent.

I truly loved my stay. It was the perfect hotel for me as a female solo traveler. The room was a little small for my big luggage but I was able to accommodate everything. The location was perfect, the breakfast was great as well, and the staff were very nice. I recommend it and would stay again!

This hotel is beautiful. I loved the courtyard to relax and have a drink in. Location was great just enough out of the centre to feel a bit of peace, but everything is walkable.

We made a reservation with only 1 day notice. When we arrived we were warmly greeted at the reception. We were upgraded to a bigger room with breakfast included. The bartenders are really knowledgeable about local wine and make great suggestions. This hotel is fantastic and well located. We absolutely loved our stay.

Absolutely horrible stay. The pictures are so deceptive and deceiving. Broken locks, no water provided, bathroom can’t be locked. Completely different room the pictures, and when you ask the concierge for help, they don’t do anything. I will be posting a lengthy google review about this also
