Location is fantastic and the room was very comfortable. Only issue was that the wifi was rather slow. As the proprieter of this B and B does not stay there, they give you the details to enter the apartment via email and WhatsApp. So be sure to let them know when you're arriving and to contact them for the details if you don't have them on the day of arrival.

Good location but reception only manned until 2pm, so if you have an issue after that, you have to call a number where in my case nobody replied (tried over a one hour period). Also the staff is not very responsive to emails sent through Expedia but that might only be an issue with Expedia.

La ubicación es excelente: muy cerca de la estación de tren y de los principales puntos turísticos de Florencia, lo que hace muy fácil moverse a pie o en transporte. Sin embargo, es importante aclarar que no se trata de un hotel, sino de un hospedaje dentro de un piso en un edificio muy antiguo donde hay otras propiedades. El acceso al edificio es bastante oscuro y no hay recepción ni administración en la entrada, lo cual puede resultar confuso al llegar. El elevador es también muy antiguo, con espacio para solo dos personas sin maletas, y suele presentar fallas, lo que puede ser incómodo para quienes viajan con equipaje. En general, la experiencia fue positiva gracias a la ubicación, pero recomiendo que el anuncio especifique claramente estas condiciones para que los huéspedes sepan qué esperar.
