It is located on the ground floor and is separated from the main building where the other apartments are located. This apartment is very open and neutral, giving a very spacious and airy feeling. After a long day of exploring the city, come home and relax in the natural light and soothing ambiance of Oltrarno Garden!

The entrance door opens into a large corridor with a shoe and coat rack, spacious enough to put multiple bicycles or suitcases. From the corridor, you continue to the garden, perfect for spending time in the open air, for children, or for sunbathing. Upon entering the home, you will notice the large open space, which includes a living room and kitchen, furnished in a simple and elegant way. The living room has an armchair and 3 seater sofa, which converts into a double bed. The kitchen is well equipped with brand new appliances including a Miele oven, gas stove, dishwasher, and a two-door Samsung fridge. The dining table is integrated into the island and positioned in the center of the kitchen space. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a rain shower and is located next to the first bedroom, with two single beds and a wardrobe. Continuing up the first floor we have the main bedroom with a 42-inch Smart LG TV, a king-size bed, and a large wardrobe built along the entire wall. The second bathroom also has a rain shower, large mirror cabinet, and drawer. In addition to the garden space, there is also a small courtyard at the back of the home with a table and chairs that allow you to enjoy a second outdoor space with more privacy. At the end of the courtyard, there is a laundry room with separate Samsung washing and drying machines, a sink, and plenty of space to hand-dry clothes.

This apartment has been completely renovated recently with all new furniture and appliances that also include three air conditioners and floor heating.
