This hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. Probably wasn’t the best choice for having kids. We didn’t know we had to book the breakfast ahead of time. There was a communication issue. It just seemed like every time I ask for something I was inconveniencing them. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean.

We loved the hotel. The staff was attentive and added personal touches that took the stay to the next level. The evening wine happy hour was a hit. We generally had dinner around 7:45 each night, which meant we had time to have glass of wine or two at the hotel before dinner. The staff was caring, generous, and always helpful with taxis or recommendations. We would love to stay here again, and the location is perfect. It might be the smallest hotel at which we had ever stayed, but it was charming beyond belief, and we had a wonderful time. Ciao!

This was a great small boutique style hotel. The location was centrally located and had great views of the Duomo from the window! The decor is excellent and posh. The staff were friendly, especially Agnus and Julia. Breakfast was wonderful and happy hour is a special touch. Our room had some AC issues, but our children’s room was fine and much cooler than ours. There are many stairs leading up the hotel itself so if you don’t like elevators or cannot walk up many flights this is not the hotel for you.
