The room was clean and comfortable for our brief stay. It was located away from the tourist crowds but in a good location that it was easy to walk everywhere. The staff was helpful with the checking and check out process. They let us store our bags while we went out to explore a little more before it was time for us to depart the city. We would recommend!

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Florence, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Our room was spacious and had a unique charm that really stood out. We found it convenient to park the car and just enjoy walking everywhere. On our check-out day, we were able to leave our luggage for a tour and pick it up later without any hassle. Communication was excellent—staff were always available via WhatsApp to assist with arrival times or any other requests.

We absolutely loved staying here. The staff was so helpful. We rented a van so parking was a challenge, but we were able to get that sorted out at a parking garage. The hotel is centrally located to so many hitorical sites. An easy walk to the Duomo, the leather markets, restaurants, and everything else in that area. Absolutely perfect location. The building where the hotel is located is 600 years old and the hotel is tastefully decorated, very clean, with all the room amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommended!
