The hotel was closed and I received no communication from the hotel and no help from anyone. No help from Ebookers either. I have lost all my money. Thanks. Compliments.

Struttura che dista poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione e a pochi passi dal centro. Le camere sono essenziali con una superficie contenuta, ma belle e con un arredo recente e un prezzo molto valido. Se lo scopo è quello di avere una camera pulita, bella e ad un prezzo giusto, per dormire sicuramente è il posto giusto. Se cercate camere grandi forse no , perlomeno per le tre camere che ho potuto vedere) Anche i bagni sono di recente ristrutturazione . Colazione al 5° piano, con una bella vista su Firenze e anche uno spazio esterno. Colazione semplice ma valida. A mio vedere Consigliatissimo e sicuramente la userò anche la prossima volta che sarò a Firenze

Location is brilliant.Staffs are helpful.Breakfast is sufficient.Room is nice and clean.Shower is small.Overall had a nice stay at the hotel.Check in and out was quick.

Frühstück war simpel aber ok. Unsere Zimmertür konnte nur mit einem "Trick" geschlossen werden, das Zimmer war klein aber total ausreichend, die Regendusche war nass aber mit wenig Wasserdruck, dafür entschleunigend. Das Gepäck konnten wir am Abreisetag problelos lagern

Es wurde ein kleines Frühstück zur Verfügung gestellt. Das war eine sehr nette Überraschung. Die Unterkunft ist auch super gelegen, direkt im Zentrum.

Etablissement bien situé. Propre. Taille des chambres très petite, presque pas de place pour bouger. Pas de balcon comme sur les photos. Parking à proximité trop cher!!! (34€ la journée).
